Assisted Living

The step between independent living and skilled nursing is assested living.  The Ranch offers studios and one bedroom apartments for assisted living.  A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink offer the independence of having snacks or favorite treats as desired.  Three meals a day in a family-style setting, appropriate activies, and assistance with daily activities, as needed are provided.

Covered Parking

There are several locations on campus reserved for residents to park in assigned spaces.

Cottages

There are two floor plans for the cottages. There is a 1600 square foot Cottonwood model or the 2000 square foot Pendleton model. Each cottage receives maintenance, landscaping, and housekeeping services as part of the monthly fee.

Under Building Parking

There are 83 under building parking spaces available. The under building space is the safe room for the independent living residents.

Memory Support & Health/Rehabilitation Center

It is a fact of life that some people lose some of their cognitive abilities as they age. They may develop Alzheimer's or dementia. If it becomes a threat to their well-being and safety, memory support in an assisted living setting may be the answer. Private rooms, shared common spaces, family style dining, appropriate activities, and access to the outside, all in a licensed, secure setting may be the answer.

North Wing Apartments

The main building has apartment residences on four floors. Elevators are available for all floors and to the under building parking area. This under building space is also the safe room for Independent Living residents. Both wings share common spaces. There are cozy lounges where you can visit with neighbors, or just enjoy an activity the library, in-home theater, quilting room, card room, or resident club room, all located on various floors of the main building.

Hobby/Classroom

There are two hobby/classrooms for residents located in the North and South wings of the apartment building. A lively game of cards, bunko, scrabble, poker, Pictionary, Bananagrams, or Monopoly can be enjoyed with fellow gamers. Or possibly learn watercolor painting, quilting, or knitting for a cause. Classes in how to use the latest technology, book clubs, or nutrition classes are available if you like. Maintaining intellectual curiosity helps with life-long wellness.

Theater

The second floor of the main building houses an in home theater for residents' enjoyment. Pop in a favorite movie, arrange for a festival of classic movies, or just keep up with the latest PBS series. Cheer on your favorite teams with friends and family! It's a fun place to be!

Library

The resident-run library is located on the second floor of the main building. Best sellers, classic novels, and current periodicals are there for your enjoyment. The library operates on the honor system. Borrow the book and return it when done.

Resident Club/Lounge

The fourth floor is the location of the Resident Club room. This large, flexible space can be used as a classroom for educational presentations, musical recitals, card tournaments, casual gathering area to relax with a group of friends, or whatever else you might want to host for a larger group of folks. Staff will help with the room set up and dining can assist with any catering needs. Relax and enjoy the event!

Coffee Shop

The coffee shop is located on the first floor of the commons building. Join the early morning informal group to discuss the latest overnight news. Or join a friend for a bit of catching up on family news. Stop in for a break after a class or other activity. You decide!

South Wing Apartments

Medical Clinic

A local medical provider will have an office in the community with regular hours. If you need some basic medical attention, you can schedule an appointment. The fees will be like going to a doctor. How reassuring to have this available where you live!

Wellness/ Fitness Center

​Maintaining your health is an important factor for agingwell. Studies have shown exercise helps. A beautiful set up for weight bearing exercise, meditation, and exercise equipment has been designed for all residents. Join a class, challenge a friend to meet a goal, or just exercise on your own schedule. You'll feel better!

Bank

BancFirst will have a full-service bank located in the commons area. Complete your banking transactions within steps of home! There will even be an ATM for your convenience.

Chapel

The beautiful chapel will be a place for worship/meditation for all denominations. Spiritual nurturing is an important component for life-long wellness. Stop in to relax, reflect, and grow spiritually through a variety of program offerings. Vespers, singing of hymns, bible study, meditation; select what inspires you.

Spa

Pamper yourself and feel good. Residents will be able to enjoy a relaxing massage, manicure, pedicure, or hair salon services (including barber services). No long distance traveling either. Just schedule it and enjoy it.

Private Dining Room

For special occasions or family get-togethers, reserve the private dining room. It accommodates up to 15 folks. Plan a special menu with the dining staff, order off of the regular menu, or bring in the family's favorite foods. Relax and enjoy the time with the group and let someone else do the cooking and clean up.

Bistro

Stop in for a sandwich or grab a salad to take to your residence. Dining is available from 7 to 7 in the community. You decide where and what and when.

Sundries

Do you need a box of cereal or some juice for breakfast? Stop by the convenience store for those items you need. Now isn't that convenient!

Therapy Gym

Sometimes we just need a little bit of physical therapy to keep us performing at our optimal level. Stop in to do your work out in our licensed therapy suite. Then stop for lunch at the bistro before heading back to your residence. Or if you have a need for rehabilitation therapy, our staff can help you. How convenient to have this available right on campus!

Main Dining Room

There are three different venues in the main dining room. Enjoy a more formal setting for a change of pace. Relax with friends in a casual dining space, or enjoy a themed dinner in the third space. The choice is yours.

The community will have over 35,000 square feet of common areas for the residents’ enjoyment, including a fitness center, walking trails, an arts and crafts studio, a coffee shop, bistro, dining venues, library and other amenities. The Ranch will offer 114 independent living apartments, 23 cottages, 40 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care apartments for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia, and 20 skilled nursing beds for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. The community will have a fitness center, walking trails, an arts and crafts studio, a coffee shop, library and other amenities.
