Stillwater’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community, The Ranch, is pleased to welcome the newest member of its marketing team, Kinzie Jo Nelson. As Sales Director, Ms. Nelson will work closely with existing and prospective depositors of The Ranch in anticipation of establishing their new homes at The Ranch when it opens in the first quarter of 2018. She will manage all activities of the sales team and represent The Ranch at community functions in Stillwater and the surrounding area.
Kristin Carter was born and raised in both Blackwell, OK and later in Enid, OK. She came to Stillwater, OK as a student at Oklahoma State University and has resided in Stillwater for the past 24 years. She came to The Ranch as the Marketing Assistant after being a full-time mom for 14 years. During that time, she worked part-time in the Stillwater Public Schools as a teacher’s assistant and as the Children’s Director for the First United Methodist Church where her husband is currently the Youth Director. Mrs. Carter and her husband Alton have two teenage boys, Kelton and Colin.
